Knowledge of procurement according to our ISO certifications
Refers to ISO requirements compared to specific procurement matters.
In order to purchase products, the following terms and conditions are required.
1. Conditions for selection of service provider (in the system, it is called an external provider, which includes a contractor). Organizations should establish criteria for selecting the service provider such as whether we have received the system certification as we want (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, etc). The terms of the procurement should be environmental conditions and safety. Not just for users but the interested parties must also be considered.
2. Procurement approval process. The steps used can be done according to the procedure including product details and services that must be specified to the vendor in all quality, environmental and safety requirements including specifications and other requirements
3. Product or service inspection is correct as needed? which must have criteria for acceptance.
4. The process of re-evaluating after we receive the goods or services, whether the goods and/or services consistently meet quality, environmental and safety requirements? which must be set up as well
Therefore, from the 4 conditions described above, if we apply it within the organization It will be able to make the system efficient and prevent various problems that will occur as a result.
